Wholesale
Diesel (Euro 5), A-92, A-95 and LPG in volumes from 1,000 litres. Every delivery comes with a quality certificate and a delivery note.
Tanker delivery
Our tankers are fitted with calibrated meters and printed receipts. Delivery across Kyiv and Kyiv region, usually within 24 hours.
Fleet contracts
Fixed discount off the retail price, monthly invoicing and fuel cards for drivers with per-vehicle limits.

GAT OIL LLC began in fuel supply and added construction when our largest customers, building contractors, asked us to take on finishing work too. Today both lines serve the same region with the same team discipline.

GAT OIL LLC ("GAT OIL", "we") sells fuel, runs fleet fuel programmes, carries out construction works and acts as a trade agent. This policy explains what personal data each activity involves and how we protect it, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where relevant, the GDPR.

2. Fuel customers and fleet programmes
For tanker deliveries we collect the delivery address, the name and phone of the person receiving fuel, and the volume delivered. For fleet contracts we also process the names of authorised drivers, vehicle registration plates, fuel card numbers, per-vehicle limits and transaction records (date, time, location, volume). Fleet transaction reports are provided to the employer who holds the contract, as that is the purpose of the programme.
3. Retail fuel sales
Retail sales are recorded through fiscal cash registers as required by law. Where fuel is sold at our points of sale, video surveillance may operate for safety and loss prevention; signs indicate where cameras are in use, and footage is kept for no longer than 30 days unless needed to investigate an incident.
4. Construction clients
We process the client's name and contacts, the address of the property, measurements and photographs of surfaces to be finished, the approved estimate and acceptance certificates. Workers are given only the address, schedule and on-site contact.
5. Trade agency partners
For intermediary deals we process business contact details of representatives of buyers and sellers, and information on beneficial owners where required for counterparty checks.
6. Why we process data
- To perform supply, fleet, construction and agency contracts.
- To comply with tax, fiscal, excise and fuel quality regulations.
- To keep deliveries and sites safe, including handling of hazardous goods.
- To prevent fuel card misuse, based on our and our clients' legitimate interest.
7. Recipients
Contract holders (for fleet reports), carriers and tanker drivers, tax and excise authorities, banks, and subcontractors on construction projects, each receiving only what they need. We never sell data.
8. Retention
- Fuel transaction and fiscal records: as required by tax and excise legislation.
- Fleet programme driver data: for the term of the contract plus 1 year.
- Video footage: up to 30 days.
- Construction documentation: warranty period plus 3 years.
- Unfulfilled requests: 12 months.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete (where no legal retention applies), restrict and object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format and to withdraw consent. Drivers in a fleet programme can contact us directly as well as their employer. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
